Warranty Information
We are confident you will be satisfied with our products! But, if for whatever reason you would like to return or exchange your ring we stand behind the following warranties!
45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
| • | If you would like to return your product for a full refund (minus shipping and engraving fees) for any reason within 45 days of receiving it, all you have to do is send it back to us with a copy of the return form provided with your original shipment, a copy of your receipt and original packaging. |
| • | If you'd like to replace the ring with a different style or design, you will only be charged (or reimbursed as applicable) for the difference in product price, shipping plus any taxes as required |
| • | If you'd like a refund, you will be provided a full refund for the product plus any taxes (shipping and engraving charges are not refundable) |
| • | Please Note: We can not take returns on any items that have been modified, such as sizing, engraving, etc. Any items that have been modified fall under our Lifetime Replacement Warranty |
| • | The customer is responsible for all shipping charges |
| • | Return address and information will be provided with your ring in the original shipment |
| • | We will promptly provide you a refund or ship your replacement product to you |
Lifetime Replacement Warranty:
| • | If you'd like to replace your product for any reason, at any time beyond the scope of the 45 Day Satisfaction Guarantee, please follow the Lifetime Replacement Warranty instructions provided with your initial shipment or contact us via phone or through the Contact Us form for shipping and packaging instructions. |
| • | We will replace your ring with one of the same style as your original ring at the size you request. |
| • | There will be a restocking fee of $25 for our standard rings. Rings with Precious Metal Inlay (Silver, Gold, or Platinum) have an additional $25 charge. |
| • | US residents: We will ship the ring to you via USPS priority mail at no charge to you |
| • | International Customers will be charged an additional $15 for shipping. |
